Can I get items customized?

Yes you can!

Squishies can be customized to have different colors, patterns, fur/furless, or even have one made to look like one of your pets!

Finished phone cases can also be customized from charm placements, extra of a particular charm, cream style.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes you can as long as the order hasn't shipped out yet. Please contact us at support@meowsomecrafts.com.

What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

Please contact us at support@meowsomecrafts.com and we will work out a solution.

How long will it take to get my order?

The processing time varies. For the craft kits it will take 3-5 days process and ship. For handmade items since these are made to order, this will take at least 7 days to process and ship.

Once shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. Shipping transit time usually takes about 7-14 days carrier business days.
