Order Cancellation
If you need to change an order or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours of the purchase. Once the packaging/shipping process has started you can no longer make changes or cancel.
Returns
You may return an item within 30 days. Please email us at sales@meowsomecrafts.com and we will reply within 24-48 hours with a return address. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for the return. We will process the refund 1-2 days after we receive the return. We process refunds through credit card and PayPal. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to be reflected in your bank.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment for orders if:
- Item is lost in transit.
- You receive the wrong item.
- Item arrives damaged (please email us a photo).
Refunds will not be given if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control. (Examples: You providing the wrong address, you choose not to pay the customs fee if required).
