Order Processing

• For craft kits, please allow 3–5 days for order processing.

• For made-to-order items, please allow at least 7 days, as each item is handmade at the time of purchase.

Shipping

• We offer free shipping on all orders from our home in China.

• Orders are generally shipped within 3–5 days (or 7+ days for made-to-order items).

• A tracking number will be provided when your order ships. Please note, it may take a couple of days for tracking information to update due to carrier processing.

• Shipping transit time typically takes 7–14 business days.

International Shipping

• Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country.

• Meowsome LLC is not responsible for these charges. All import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds and Returns

• We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued once the return is received.

• If your order arrives damaged, please email us at sales@meowsomecrafts.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis and will work to find a satisfactory solution.
